Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ZEOUR Feedback Portal (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

The Service is operated by ZEOUR LTD ("ZEOUR", "we", "us"). Contact: legal@zeour.co.uk.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be authorized to submit feedback on behalf of your organization where applicable.
• Admin access requires an account with password + one-time code (TOTP). You must safeguard your password, authenticator device, and recovery codes.
• You must promptly notify ZEOUR if you suspect unauthorized use of your credentials or OTP secret; we may log IP and user agent details to investigate.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload content containing third‑party personal data without a lawful basis and necessary permissions.
• Do not upload malware, malicious scripts, or files that violate export controls; uploads may be scanned and quarantined.

4. Feedback and Testimonials

You retain ownership of your submissions. Where you choose to provide a testimonial and explicitly grant consent to publish, you grant ZEOUR a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and communicate that testimonial for marketing and promotional purposes until consent is withdrawn. You may withdraw testimonial consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Media uploads (e.g., profile photos) are stored in encrypted cloud storage and may be resized, scanned, or rejected if unsafe.

5. File Uploads and Security Review

Uploaded files are transferred directly to cloud object storage using pre‑signed URLs. We enforce type/size limits, tag uploads for malware scanning, and may place suspicious assets in quarantine or delete them. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share the file and that it is free of harmful code.

6. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy andCookie Policy, which explain how we process personal data and how cookies are used. These policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Promotions and Prize Draws

You may optionally opt into quarterly prize draws (currently a £100 award) via the feedback form. Eligibility is limited to valid opt‑ins with a reachable email address; participation is voluntary and does not affect service access. Winners are selected from eligible entries, notified by email, and may be asked to confirm eligibility or tax information. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a promotion at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design and code, is owned by ZEOUR or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.

9. Third‑Party Services

We may integrate with third‑party services (e.g., email providers, storage). Their use is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEOUR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZEOUR from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Data Requests and Bot Protection

Self‑service data export/deletion tools (“/your-data”) use CAPTCHA and rate limiting to prevent abuse. Completing the bot challenge may require enabling certain cookies or contacting us at privacy@zeour.co.uk for manual assistance. Abuse of DSAR tooling (e.g., automated requests, bypass attempts) is prohibited.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.

16. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
